1 pound cranberries, ground
2 cups sugar
2 cups boiling water
2 small boxes of cherry gelatin
1 15 1/4 ounce can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cups walnuts or other nuts, chopped
2 or 3 apples, chopped or grated
Directions:
Grind cranberries in food processor
Mix ground cranberries and sugar in large bowl. Let stand several hours.
In a separate bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water
Cool to room temperature, then add gelatin to cranberries
