Scalloped Potatoes
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 tablespoon onion chopped
Directions:
- Make white sauce of first 5 ingredients (shredded cheese may be added to sauce if
desired)
- Place half of potatoes into greased two-quart casserole
- Cover with half of the chopped onion and half of the sauce
- Repeat with remaining half of ingredients
- Cover and bake at 350°F for approximately 1 hour
- Uncover and continue baking until top is browned
4 to 6 servings
