Slaw Dressing
3/4 cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups vegetable or other cooking oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoons prepared mustard (more or less to taste - we use 1/4 cup)
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in blender, mixing until smooth
- Store in refrigerator
- Makes about 1 quart
