Sweet Potato Casserole
Casserole:
3 cups sweet potatoes
1/2 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup margarine
1 cup chopped nuts
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F
- Beat casserole ingredients together; pour into buttered casserole dish
- For topping, crumble brown sugar, flour and margarine ingredients together with fork or
pastry cutter.
- Place topping over potato mixture.
- Sprinkle 1 cup chopped nuts over topping
- Bake at 350° F for 30 minutes or until bubbly
