Wacky Cake

Ingredients:

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons vinegar
2/3 cups oil
2 cups cold water

Directions:

1. Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda in large bowl
2. Add vanilla, vinegar, and oil
3. Pour cold water over all and mix well
4. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes

Icing:

1 package Dream Whip™
1 small box vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Whip ingredients together until consistency of mixture thickens.

Finished cake should be kept in refrigerator.
