Robin's White Chicken Chili

Ingredients:

1 can 12.5 oz. chicken breast, drained
1 large jar Great Northern White Beans
1/2 jar Salsa (15 oz. to 18 oz.)
2 cans Chicken broth, 12 oz.
1 Tablespoon Cumin
2 cups Colby Jack cheese
2 cups Crushed tortilla chips

Directions:

  1. Place chicken, beans, salsa, chicken broth, cumin and cheese in large kettle/pot.
  2. Heat on medium until cheese is melted.
  3. Add crushed tortilla chips as topping OR I like to serve on the side.

I like to use this in the crockpot sometimes. If using the crockpot you might have to heat the chili until the cheese is melted and then put the chili on low in the crockpot. I love this recipe because it is easy and yummy! Enjoy!!!!
